For this blog post we will be delving more into some of the key looks and inspirations behind our newly launched Autumn/Winter flower wall range, and what better floral backdrop to start with than our stunning Black Magic Flower Wall.

We think blacks and grays are synonymous with the colder months, and they are often used as accent colors in events and weddings with very specific themes, but we think they can hold their own in a flower wall too!

Grey has been one of the hues of the year and will stay around for a while, thanks to its perfectly modern and fresh twist on being a neutral tone. We’ve woven this shade into many of our walls recently, including one our most popular ever designs, the  Petra Flower Wall.

Winter conjures images of berries, and twigs in frosty, silvery and white shades with undertones of black and creams, and we’ve loved mixing the high end luxury flowers into this flower wall – this peony in particular is a larger than life luxe bloom with over 70 different ruffles and layers of silk. We hand selected what we call ‘statement flowers’ to add into this floral backdrop to distinguish it from other cream based floral walls we’ve seen.

A closer look at our stunning Aninia Flower Wall

We are so in love with our Aninia Flower Wall! The feedback has been amazing, and not surprisingly it has been confused with a real floral backdrop which is possibly the best compliment you can give to one of our flower walls!

Many flower wall companies talk about ‘luxury’, but with such a relative term, it can be hard to know why something has been given that tag. We have placed our Aninia Flower Wall in the Luxe Walls section of our website because of the amount of work that goes into creating this piece.

We use over 40 different kind of flora and fauna per panel, which means there is no set panel, no formula, yet you want to perfectly blend the colors and tones of the blooms. It takes more time to create this wall as we are constantly checking and evaluating which pieces should go where. In addition to this, the multi layered 3D effect was created with hours of extra work to change the heights of the blooms – something that is definitely not standard.

We use so many different pieces as we believe it creates a more life like effect, and not forgetting we already create flower walls with more blooms per panel than other companies meaning a fuller, more realistic looking wall.

One of the fabulous things about being based in Shanghai is that we are able to create a wall like this. Not being a factory means we are not bound by producing only a few types of blooms in a few shades – and the result of that is something as stunning as our Aninia Flower Wall.

We have created this range using blooms that whilst still look pretty, aren’t life like and are made from polyester. And whilst the flowers may not be our custom coloured or designed pieces, they are still arranged in a way that ensures the overall look is still tasteful, and as always we don’t leave gaps in our flower walls nor only use 1 tone or 2 types of flowers. Variety is the spice of life after all!

As the flowers are lower in quality to what we usually work with, these value walls are definitely for more short term use and we wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking to capitalize on long term rentals.

Currently we have cream and pink, and purple and pink designs up on our website but with three more coming before the end of the week there will be a flower wall to suit any colour scheme.
